Before I wish you all a wonderful and safe new year's eve, I'd like to announce that January will be all-male-month here at Filles Sourires. The classics, the new guys, and everyone in between. If possible, I will post a duet with a jolie fille as well, but testosterone will rule! Why? Well, there are so many great male singers in France (or singing in French) who need as much attention from the world as their female counterparts, I feel obliged to get them out there. As always, your suggestions, guestposts and mp3s are welcomed.

Hi Guzz, I have many suggestions of singers. Do you know Raphël, Aldebert, Vincent Delerm, Bénabar, Bernard Lavilliers, Jean-Louis Aubert, Pierre Lapointe and Marc Lavoine (this one I'm sure that you know!). Those are just "new singers". There are also the classics, like Aznavour, Jacques Brel, Julien Clerc and Michel Berger. And any groups (Mes souliers sont rouges, Mickey 3D, Louise Attack, Indochine, Paris Combo, Vive la Fête)? Those are just few examples of things that I have and that I like it a lot. Anyway, if you want any song of them just let me know, because I have a huge number of French songs.

I was wondering if the band Telex are actually French? If i may be analytical.. the song 'Twist a St.Tropez' from 1978 of which i have a 7inch complete with snap crackle & pops, is one of my favourite songs by a French? male band. Be happy to send you a mp3 of it if you dont already have one.
